Generally our telephone line operates Monday-Friday until approximately 4pm. Outside of these hours, an answer phone is switched on where patients can leave messages. Please note our last appointment time is approximately 4.00pm.

Work experience
Due to the size and nature of the practice, we are unable to offer work experience to students.
All enquiries will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
Disability Access to the Practice
The practice is located on the first floor and regretfully there is no disabled/wheelchair access. Patients need to be able to walk up a single flight of stairs in order to gain access. If you are concerned with access please contact the practice on 01895 672 535.

The practice policy is that if, on more than one occasion, patients cancel giving less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend an appointment, then we may refuse you NHS treatment. We will of course take any special circumstances into account.
Patients who are violent or abusive to practice personnel, to other patients or anyone else on the practice premises will be refused treatment and reported to the appropriate authorities.
